In Ukraine, an arbitration manager (арбітражний керуючий) is the insolvency practitioner appointed by the court to act as property administrator, rehabilitation manager, liquidator, or restructuring or realisation manager in bankruptcy proceedings.

- Certificate of the right to act as an arbitration manager No. 2211, issued by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine under Order No. 2069/5 of 10 August 2026; date of issue 13 August 2026. The certificate is valid without time limit.

Approach to work
Legality
All actions are taken within the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures and in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
Transparency
Systematic and complete disclosure of information on the course of the bankruptcy proceedings. Reports to the creditors’ committee (meeting of creditors) and to the commercial court are prepared and submitted within the time limits set by law, together with supporting primary documents.
Impartiality
Independence from the debtor, creditors and other parties to the proceedings. Actions to protect the debtor’s property, trace assets and conduct competitive procedures are taken solely in the interests of properly performing the tasks assigned by the court and the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures.
