Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Policy explains which personal data of visitors to this website are processed, for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.

3. What data are processed
Through the enquiry form on the website:
- name;
- phone number;
- email address (optional);
- the capacity in which you are contacting us (creditor, debtor, etc.);
- a brief description of the situation that you provide yourself;
- a record of your consent to the processing of personal data.
If you contact us by phone, email or messenger, we process the data you provide yourself as part of that enquiry.
Please do not send confidential documents or information that is not needed for the initial review of your enquiry through the form.
4. Purpose of processing
Personal data are processed solely to consider your enquiry, contact you and respond. The data are not used for marketing mailings and are not sold to third parties.
5. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box in the form before submitting your enquiry (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to kyivarbitr@gmail.com.
6. Who has access to the data
Enquiries are accessible to the data controller. Technical processing is carried out by:
- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and receipt of form data. Data may be stored on servers outside Ukraine;
- Google (Gmail service): delivery of notifications about new enquiries by email.
Data are disclosed to other parties only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
7. Retention period
Data received through the enquiry form are kept for 20 days from the date the enquiry is received and are then deleted. If the enquiry leads to a contract or other cooperation, further processing takes place on another legal basis provided for by law.
8. Third-party services on the website
Some features of the website load data from third-party services. In doing so, your browser transmits technical data to them (including your IP address), which they process under their own policies:
- Google Fonts: website fonts;
- Google Maps: the map on the Contacts page;
- National Bank of Ukraine, CoinGecko, Binance: exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices on the home page.
The Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber buttons open the respective messengers. Correspondence there is governed by the rules of those services.
9. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking visitors. Exchange rates are temporarily stored in your browser’s local storage to speed up page loading; no personal data are stored there. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies.
No web analytics services are currently used on the website. If they are introduced, this Policy will be updated.
10. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right, in particular:
- to know who processes your data, for what purpose and where they are stored;
- to access your personal data;
- to request the correction of inaccurate data or their deletion;
- to withdraw your consent to processing;
- to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.

11. Data security
The website uses the secure HTTPS protocol. Access to enquiries is limited to the data controller.
